Monfort Family Foundation gives again to UNC College of Business

The Monfort Family Foundation has made its largest pledge since 1999, dedicating $4.2 million to the University of Northern Colorado’s Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business.

It makes sense for the Monforts to donate to the Monfort College of Business, but the amount is impressive. It’s slated to go toward student scholarships, faculty enrichment, competitive opportunities for students and more, according to a UNC release.

According to the Monfort College of Business website, the Monfort family has funded more than 800 scholarships to UNC in the past decade.

The donation will be spread out over the next six years and brings the total amount the foundation has given to UNC since 2010 to $5.5 million.
