About

Marty SchechterFormed in 1997 by Marty Schechter, Schechter Public Relations creates and implements programs which enable its clients to break through today’s communications clutter by integrating traditional and social media communications tools to develop and enhance the attitudes, opinions, perceptions and behaviors among defined audiences.

Covering a full range of communications services including the research, development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive public relations programs, projects and events, Schechter Public Relations provides counsel and implementation of programs and strategies for small to large-sized businesses, corporations, associations, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations.

We take great pride in the long-term relationships we’ve developed with our clients who have trusted our counsel and respected the success of our program implementation through some of the toughest economic conditions our country has ever seen.

Our public relations programs communicate messages and help businesses reach decisions and function more effectively through a mutual understanding between and with individuals, groups and organizations which are critical to their success.

Attitudes, perceptions and opinions drive behavior in every facet of our world.  And while traditional communications tools remain critical to the success of any business or organization, today’s public relations programs must combine those traditional tools with the challenges and opportunities presented by and through a technologically-driven society.

Online and social media tools ranging from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, to blogs, YouTube videos and 24/7 online chatter, empower every individual to be that voice, that ambassador, that critic that shapes the attitudes, opinions, perceptions and behaviors we work so hard to manage through communications.

Our focus is on two-way communication between a business or organization and its clients, customers and anyone else who helps determine whether or not that business will be successful going forward.
